On the enrolment form, parents / students are able to make a note to the tutor at the Comments Section. The tutor app has a comments section which can be used to leave a message for your Tutor of choice.

Please send an email to and an online consultant will endeavour to assist you.

If it is within 24 hours of the session you are able to do this on the app. If you have left it a little late, please send a message to support and we will make every effort to reschedule your Tutor session.

Please download Microsoft TEAMS onto your laptop. This is a free app and is the platform we use to do all our Tutor Sessions. Make sure you are at your computer a few minutes before your session to test your microphone and camera. Sit back and enjoy.

Login to your Teneo Tutor Portal ( and click on your booking. The link to the session will be made available on your calendar a few minutes prior to your session. If you do not see the link, try refreshing your calendar page until it appears.

All sessions are recorded and available for you to watch. Under the link to session button is the link to recording this is posted straight after the session and should you wish to do some revision you can watch it again.

Please send an e-mail to, specifying the tutor whom you would like to change to.

Please use the same Identity Numbers used in the first enrolment, your data will automatically populate, and you will be able to choose your tutor and the amount of sessions you would like to book again.
